Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is consistently ranked among the nation’s top undergraduate STEM colleges, delivering a strong return on investment for its students from day one. However, it realized that it needed to replace an outdated advancement CRM with a modern platform that was intuitive, efficient, and reliable for a small team. The institution required a single source of truth for advancement data, along with tools that would reduce manual work and eliminate uncertainty around reporting and data accuracy. Ease of use and the ability to support future growth were also key considerations.
Solution
Rose-Hulman selected the Raise advancement CRM and partnered closely with the implementation team to thoughtfully transition and improve existing advancement processes. Moving from a transactional system to a more visual, action-oriented platform allowed the team to organize work around roles, priorities, and next steps. Customized dashboards and views were created to give gift officers, gift processing staff, and leadership clear, relevant insight into their work and portfolios.
