Oversees the functions of Accounting, FP&A, and Sales Operations.

Supports Encoura clients by integrating Enrollment Services, Digital Services, and Higher Education Services.

Eduventures Research

Conducts and analyzes research to share with clients, through published works, webinars, etc.


Ensures the appropriateness of Encoura's current data protection policies and procedures are held to the highest privacy standards as well as supporting the company's contract administration.


Supports Encoura and Encourage products through product marketing, digital creative services, go-to marketing strategies, and content solutions.


Develops our product roadmaps, product design, user research, content creation, and more!


Partners with our Higher Ed clients to determine which products would provide them with the best solutions for their needs.


Helps grow our organization through talent acquisition and employee lifecycles.


Our engineers build products, ensure they work properly, and support our internal systems and security.

My job at Encoura really begins with building relationships with our college/university partners, moves to helping the schools analyze their data, and then helping them identify opportunities and/or challenges that we can build strategies around to help them reach their enrollment goals. My job at Encoura involves leading a QA team in the testing of Android apps, IOS apps, and websites, manually and through automation. The best part of my job is the people I work with daily. We have the best team of QA Engineers and Development Engineers! In my 3 years at Encoura I've learned so much from these talented and kind individuals about different technologies, programming languages, new databases, etc. Because of my personal development and growth, my testing is more thorough and efficient, and I can log more detailed bugs.
