Dr. Ada Uche manages CTU's assessment processes and provides guidance to both academic and non-academic units on institutional planning, compliance, and reporting for accreditation. Ada has over 12 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Uche is also assistant professor in the College and Business and Management at CTU. Ada's research examines the institutional policies that impact retention in the STEM disciplines for first-generation college students.
