Dr. Carrie Vath

Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students, Southern Oregon University

Dr. Carrie Vath has a strong focus on student affairs, enrollment strategy, and institutional effectiveness. Her work spans strategic enrollment management planning, student government advising, conduct processes, career readiness initiatives, care support, advising and orientation, and cross-campus operations. She is deeply engaged in advancing student success, access, and belonging, with particular attention to inclusive practices and regulatory standards (including accreditation considerations).
