Prior to his position with the UMES, Darryl held positions as assistant vice president of enrollment services at Wiley University; director of admissions and recruitment at Morehouse College, Edward Waters College, Albany State University, and Emory University. He has over 15 years of experience in the enrollment management arena. A champion of ethical leadership development, he has been successful in consistently facilitating the attainment of higher education for undergraduate and graduate students across the United States.
